1. Quality Assurance & Discrepancies

We stand behind the analytical data provided with every shipment. If you believe there is a discrepancy regarding the purity or identity of a received sample, please contact our quality control team at support@mychems.net within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Protocol for Resolution

Should an error occur on our part regarding order fulfillment, we prioritize immediate resolution:

  • Verification: We will request photographic evidence of the received shipment and the associated packaging.

  • Resolution: If a fulfillment error is verified, we will initiate a priority reshipment or issue an account credit.

3. Transit & Logistics Issues

For researchers who buy research chemicals online and experience delivery delays or damage due to carrier handling, please document the package condition upon arrival. 4. Institutional Account Credits
